Come join the next Southern California photowalk. We're going to capture the beautiful Santa Susana Mountain range.
Meeting at Corriganville Park, in Simi Valley, we'll wander around shooting the park and the nearby trails.
***Location Note***
Drive to the end of Smith Road. The park's parking lot is at the end on the left.

If the weather permits, there is a GREAT photo op just down the road from the railroad tracks. (Black Canyon road) that offers a STUNNING shot of the sunset. (about 1 mile from this location)

Bring a couple bucks if you need to park in the parking lot.
Also - there is an old train station just across the street too.

Not bad, Steve88W! We may hit that. I think with our start time at 3:30, we'll have plenty of time to enjoy the primary destination, before the sun sets. Then, for those that want to change location, we can go over there and shoot the sunset.

Total bummer. We were rained out.
We all arrived on time, and congregated in the parking lot. At about 3:35, we started wandering into the park. We quickly grouped up for a nice group photo, (to be processed shortly), and then off we went.
Within minutes, the rain started coming down. First in just a few drops here and there. Then, it legitimately opened up.
I'm totally depressed.
