Houston's first open workout class for children! This 30 minute fun and fitness class gets kids (and kids of all ages!) movin' and groovin'to great music. After an all over body warm up and easy-to-follow dance steps, you'll learn the "Hip 2B Fit!" dance that the cast does in the show. Wear sneaks, t-shirt and shorts, and bring water and a sweat towel.
