Learn what it means to be TRULY flexible by gaining the building blocks to start a complimentary home practice you can do anytime and anywhere – at home, the gym, and on vacation! Includes a sequence you can modify for 20, 30 and 45 minutes. * Recommended for students with a general knowledge of basic yoga postures.
