Join Jennifer for a full day of rejuvenation including 2 yoga classes, quiet meditation and deep relaxation at the beautiful Tara Bella Villa overlooking the vineyards of the Valley of the Moon. There will be two yoga classes and plenty of free time to enjoy the gardens, heated pool, and simply relax and enjoy life. Vegetarian lunch is included.

Tentative SCHEDULE:
10:00am: Meet & Greet
10:30 – 12pm: Vinyasa Yoga Class
12 – 4pm: Lunch is Served, Free Time (Swim, Relax)
4 – 5pm: Restorative Yoga and Meditation
5:15pm: Closing Gathering
