Ice skate under the stars – and palm trees – in the heart of downtown San Jose’s holiday activities. Beginning its 14th season, Downtown Ice has become a holiday tradition and one of the best skating experiences in the western United States. The stunning rink, produced by the San Jose Downtown Association, will attract over 40,000 skaters and countless thousands more spectators.

Open daily Nov. 20-Jan. 18 (Subject to weather conditions)

Hours:
Generally: Open 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. weeknights and noon to midnight on weekends and 11 a.m. to midnight during winter break.

Nov. 20-Dec. 17* and Jan. 4-18
Monday-Thursday: 5-10 p.m.
Friday: 5 p.m.-midnight
Saturday: noon-midnight
Sunday: noon-10 p.m.
Dec. 18-Jan. 3*
Daily: 11 a.m. -midnight

Nov. 26, Thanksgiving: 2 p.m. – midnight
Nov. 27, Day after Thanksgiving: noon – midnight
Dec. 6, San Jose Holiday Parade: 11 a.m.-midnight
