This one won't be a photowak, but a lighting based event. The Seattle Strobist group has done several events like this, as well as the Salt Lake City Photowalking group.

Take a look at what they did, and start thinking about what we can do here in the VC.

I'm penciling in April 26th. I'll find a location for us to hold it. It'll probably be in Camarillo.

Be thinking about inviting every photographer you know. This will be a great opportunity for us all to grow, and we should share that chance with everyone.

If you're thinking about making a portrait lens, macro lens, or any lighting purchases soon, consider doing so before this event. This will be an awesome chance to use that new gear.
