Can Lydia find a body for Harry's brain? Can she use her body to get Todd to donate his body? Is there such a thing as sex without a body? For answers to these and other pressing questions about neuroscience, metaphysics and the search for the perfect mate, see this hilarious and shocking world premiere by William Bivins.

The Afterlife of the Mind is a dark comedy about a woman on a mission to save her brilliant husband's brain. Harry's brain is kept alive through a series of odd surgical procedures. At first disconnected and childlike, Harry becomes increasingly curious and sexually aroused as his memories and consciousness go through a peculiar and shocking awakening.

Playwright-Screenwriter Mark Medoff (Children of a Lesser God) calls it "wonderfully funny and bizarre."

Written by William Bivins
Directed by Laura Lundy-Paine
