Bad Lieutenant, the project formed in 2007 by New Order's Bernard Sumner and Paul Cunningham, along with Jake Evans, will make its U.S. debut this fall. Bad Lieutenant's live band will include New Order/Joy Division drummer Stephen Morris and bassist Tom Chapman. The band is set to release their debut album, 'Never Cry Another Tear,' which features the single 'Sink or Swim.'
