We're celebrating the release of our new book -- Subject To Change: Creating Great Products & Services for an Uncertain World -- Tuesday, May 13 at our offices in San Francisco. The event starts at 6 PM for reception and mingling, then onto a quick presentation, more mingling, and ending with a book signing.
