Enjoy an evening of film, food and fun at Magnolia Audio Video's Rising Star Series, featuring today's most promising artistic talent from around the nation.

Trevor White, an award-winning young filmmaker from Annapolis, Md., will be showcasing three of his short films for attendees. The event will also feature winetasting from award-winning Cannonball Wine Company, and goodie bags from VIP gifting company, Madison & Mulholland. In addition to the films shown by White, digital art projects of Boys & Girls Club of King County members will also be showcased.

The event supports the Boys & Girls Club of King County.

About Trevor White:
White’s short film “Knockout” recently won the LGBT Short Film Award at the Cleveland International Film Festival. “Knockout” has also been chosen as an official selection for the 2007 Palm Springs International ShortFest, 2007 Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, 2008 Cleveland International Film Festival and as a finalist in the 2008 Very Short Movies Festival. Beyond “Knockout,” his film “A Detective Story” recently premiered at the Beverly Hills Shorts Festival. He has also just completed his latest independent film, “Day 21,” and is now focusing on making his feature-length directing debut.
