Austrian Wine Class for Wine Educators

This small size wine class and tasting lunch is designed for sommeliers, wine educators, wine directors, wine sales rep, etc… It will cover all the main wine regions of Austria with in depth information that can be used and re-used for your future classes, tastings and events.

We will feature 12 different wines along a full tasting lunch (Menu to be announced).

Wine selection will include

• Riesling, Gruner Veltiner,
• Zweigelt,
• Pinot Noir,
• St Laurent,
• different blends and dessert wines.

We will also discuss the role of biodynamics and modern architecture in the Austrian wine industry.

Presenters include Klaus Wittauer of KW Selections and Laurent Guinand of GiraMondo wine Adventures. Nella Hengstler of the Austrian Embassy Commercial Services will give introductory remarks. This presentation is located at the Embassy of Austria and received the support of Wines From Austria
