In this FitCamp for women over 40, we work hard but we have FUN!

We'll help you........

-Lose inches
-Whittle down your waist
-Firm your buns
-Increase your metabolism
-Look and feel younger

This small group class is NOT your typical aerobics class! We work with exercise bands to develop muscle, we do interval training to boost your metabolism, and we work on posture and balance in every class to keep you looking and feeling younger.

This class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:20 am

Pre-registration is required.

This isn't just a "workout", it's a program geared toward teaching you the RIGHT way to exercise for the BEST results, as well as how to EAT to boost your metabolism and shrink your "meno-pot". We'll teach you how to change your lifestyle in order to change your body!

All campers receive a FREE 30-page nutrition manual, FREE Registered Dietician meal plans and a FREE pre-camp measurement (optional, of course!).

We limit the number of participants in this unique class in order to allow for personalized attention- so hurry and reserve your space NOW!
