ANYTHING HOT AND SPICY: Hot wings, Chili cook off, salsa's, dips, spices, rubs, peppers, chips, nuts, international styles, to exotic meats...are all welcome!

Oh, did we forget to mention: Live music, Cooking events, bike show, model contest, wing cook off, chili cook off, eating contests.
