Enjoy two evenings of new and unique short films created by local aspiring filmmakers, young and old. This is a family friendly event.
This festival allows students, film and multimedia enthusiasts to express their ideas and explore their creativity through a visual presentation and then display their talents publicly without the need for significant finances and resources that a professional film requires.
The festival occurs over two separate evenings:
Friday, May 21, 2010 - Screening Night. Free.
All films will be screened for the public for the first time. The large outdoor theater is located at the James F. Atchison Memorial Park at 58000 Grand River Avenue in New Hudson. Program begins at dusk.
On Sunday, May 23, 2010 - Festival Awards Night. $2 donation.
The top entries will be shown along with the Audience Choice Award recipient. The location for the Festival Awards Night is the Lyon Theatre at 126 E. Lake Street, South Lyon, Michigan. The Lyon Theatre is a classic small town theater opening originally in 1946.
