In a beautiful and serene setting, you'll be guided into postures using outer supports such as bolsters, blankets, and chairs. With your body so supported it's possible to focus your breath and awareness deeply and powerfully to release tension from body, mind, and heart. No experience is necessary.

The term mudra means "to give joy." Through the use of simple hand gestures, ancient practitioners discovered their innate capacity to change the flow of their deepest energy, creating calm, buoyancy, vitality - whatever flavor of energy they chose - with a simple touch of the finger tips.
