Hailing from Portland, the Joggers sashay like their New York City indie rock counterparts. Darrell Bourque, Murphy Kasiewicz, Jake Morris and Ben Whitesides came together in 2001 after playing in various local bands. The quirky-pop foursome derived a heavy, rollicking sound. Their song 'The Devil Wears Earplugs' marked the Joggers' official debut on the Startime Supercuts compilation in early 2003. Several months later, the band issued 'Solid Guild.'
Enon mixes scathing guitar riffs with well-placed distortion, electronic ephemera and a Beatles-esque sense of melody.
