This is a 6K or 11K (your choice) walk in a wildlife refuge. Bring your hiking boots and walking stick.

Follow Highway 67, 3 miles west of Glen Rose. Turn onto County Road 2008. (Road sign is not very visible, look for Fossil Rim sign and the Ward Branch Cemetery sign on your left.) In about 2 miles you will pass the main entrance to the Park and its Scenic Wildlife Drive. Keep going on 2008 until you come to County Road 2009. Turn right. Follow CR 2009 about 2 miles to the Fossil Rim Overlook entrance.
