Students from the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra will be performing solo repertoire for Mr. Topilow, who is currently the Conductor and Director of the Orchestral Program at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Mr. Topilow founded the Cleveland Pops Orchestra and also recently completed his 32nd season as Conductor and Director of the National Repertory Orchestra, a summer festival based in Breckinridge, Colorado. Mr. Topilow will be conducting and playing clarinet with the Elgin Symphony Orchestra at Hemmens Theatre for the ESO's Benny Goodman Birthday Tribute. No tickets or registration needed.
