These are stand-alone classes that can be taken and enjoyed independently. Jackie uses The List as a vehicle of transformation. She focuses on "The Pillow Book of Sei Shonagon," the most famous Pillow Book. Let the uninhibited musings and potent images inspire you to express yourself with a renewed sense of freedom. Sei's "lists" topics, along with the "journal to the self" list techniques, will provide us with the ideal vehicle to balance our lives in all aspects - from the pragmatic to the poetic.

All materials will be provided. No prior reading or familiarity with the Pillow Books required.
