Always concious that sometimes people that haven't been before can get a bit nervous before hand - if so, nothing to worry about - let someone know, me if you like, and we'll try to make sure you're looked after.

Format tends to be a social meet in Font bar first of all then split up into smaller groups to wander round taking photos and then meet up somewhere else later on or not if you prefer.
