In this talk, Liz Keogh looks at BDD as a Lean toolkit, how to use BDD in conjunction with other Lean tools like Kanban and Value Stream Mapping, BDD anti-patterns, and some pragmatic tips for making BDD flow.

Liz currently works as an independent Agile Coach and trainer based in London. She is a well-known blogger and international speaker, a core member of the BDD community and a contributor to a number of open-source projects including JBehave.
