Proceeds will benefit the childrens charities of The Heroes Foundation YOUniversity program and The Mike Modano Foundation. Two baseball teams, each made up of 12 celebrity players and 12 amateurs will play "hard-charging, umpires umping, trash-talking, uniform-wearing, managers managing, base stealing, home run hitting, nine inning, authentic BASEBALL!"
