The Shanghai Expat Wednesday Night Mixer is held EVERY week for Expats and their friends who are looking to meet new freinds and old, away from the typical bar scene.
The Event which started back in 2004 and moved to Malones in February 2005, has been a regular event held at The Loft on the 3rd floor of Malones American Cafe and Bar. The entire bar is booked for this event everyweek for the use and enjoyment of our Shanghai Expat members and guests.
The event is held as an opportunity to allows expats and their friends to come out and enjoy meeting up wioth old friends and making new friends. It is NOT meant to be a place for business solicitations, language learning/practice etc. ShanghaiExpat is a predominantly Expatriate based membership, but there are local mambers who contribute to the communuity and so fo course they are welcome as well.
