Intelligence Failure: Re-examining the Case for the 2003 Iraq War
Tuesday January 17, 2006 at 7:30pm
Stanford University
Stanford Campus
Palo Alto, California Get Directions
"Dr. Ibrahim Al-Marashi, a lecturer in Middle Eastern politics at the Naval Postgraduate Schol, we well as an analyst at the Center at the Center for Non-Proliferation Studies in Monterey will be discussing the topic of intelligence failures that led to the conflict in Iraq. He will be speaking for the first time about the "dodgy dossier" scandal in which his PhD dissertation was plagiarized by the British government and misused to make a case for intervening in Iraq."

Event is free - it's at Oak Lounge East, Tresidder Bldg. on the Stanford campus. More info on the Stanford Events page here: http://events.stanford.edu/byCategory/2/

Adding this to the Bay Area listing rather than the Palo Alto listing so more people see this event and attend ;)
