Andy will show you how to create your first audio podcast using a mic, the free Audacity software, and the free WordPress blogging software. He'll cover planning, recording, equipment, microphone technique, encoding and uploading, and integration into WordPress using the Podpress plugin. Andy will also talk about getting your podcast series into iTunes.

Learning to screencast
Ian Ozsvald
Ian will show you how to create screencasts (videos of software) for demos, training and marketing using free and commercial Mac tools (Jing and ScreenFlow) and will talk about planing, recording, editing and hosting the resulting video. This SkillSwap will be useful to freelancers demoing their wares and companies for training, marketing and support.
