This class will focus on increasing your endurance and making you a stronger runner. Besides a series of stamina-building drills, you’ ll receive a handout with information on how to make the most of your running and improve your performance for long runs such as 5ks, 10ks, ½ and full marathons.
Where: Burlingame High School Track, Burlingame
When: Wednesday, February 10th from 5:30AM-6:30AM and 6:30AM-7:30AM (2 Class times offered)
What to bring: An exercise mat and water
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes.
