CHF presents “The Chemistry of Kosher,” a CHF Fellow in Focus lecture by Roger Horowitz. Approximately half the items in American supermarkets are certified kosher. Horowitz will examine the science behind this phenomenon, including the controversial cases of Coca-Cola and Jell-O. Fellow in Focus, March 17, 6:30–8:00 p.m. Free admission.
