AskBINC Seattle
Thursday May 15, 2008 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Fado
801 First Ave
Seattle, Washington Get Directions
In honor of all of the great people we have met over the years in Seattle; and in honor of the launch of our new blog AskBINC.com, we would like to invite you to spend a few hours with us at Fado's Irish Pub in Pioneer Square on May 15 from the hours of 5-8pm for some good food, great drinks and even better perspective. We created AskBINC.com as a place to discuss the 360 degree world of the software marketplace from a headhunter’s perspective. We talk about the major happenings in our industry and what that means for companies/talent, we discuss career paths, recruiting techniques, hot talent, hot companies and events all within the software marketplace. Most recently we’ve spent time discussing the proposed Yahoo/Microsoft merger, how to navigate your career if in fact a recession hits our market, the major differences between the major west Coast Software markets (LA, Bay Area, Seattle), the future of web 2.0/3.0, and so on.

We want this event to be a reflection of our new blog. Think of this event as the opportunity to ask anything you’ve ever wanted to know from a headhunter’s perspective, but never had the chance to ask. Any question or topic is fair game. Please don’t feel like you have to be looking for a job or looking to hire in order to attend, because that is not the point of this event (although please let us know if you are).

So come by and hang out, have a drink, share your perspective and ask us about ours. We look forward to seeing you there.
