Les Nomades: Toronto International French Short Film Festival

Les Nomades film collective presents the 3rd Toronto International French Short Film Festival. A part of ?La Semaine de la Francophonie ? Toronto,? the festival will showcase over 70 Francophone films, subtitled in English, from a variety of genres and cultures.

Opening Night is March 23rd, starting at 7pm @ Innis College (2 Sussex Avenue).

The two Opening Night programs will be: ?Paris La Métisse,? a collection of films set in Paris from the perspective of filmmakers with Asian, Middle Eastern, Latin American, Caribbean and African backgrounds, and a retrospective evening of the experimental films by 1920s avant-garde filmmaker, Germaine Dulac.

Founded in 2003, Les Nomades contributes to the development and dissemination of French language shorts from around the world.
