Although we have many things we wish to accomplish with our lives, our tendency towards procrastination, insecurity and discouragement destroy our hopes of realizing our potential and fulfilling our dreams. The practice of joyous effort is the key to overcoming obstacles and generating the confidence we need in order to achieve our goals. With a relaxed and blissful mind, we can attain all the good qualities we wish for. Everyone is welcome. ($14 per class)

Clarity and Ease - The Practice of Concentration
In the next two series we will look at two key practices for improving our lives: concentration and wisdom. Developing concentration will make our mind more peaceful, flexible, and effective. Developing wisdom understanding the nature of reality reduces the ignorance that underlies all our problems. Everyone is welcome.
