CocoaDevHouse is happening in Dallas on March 4th at the offices of PureDiscovery, a semantic search powerhouse. We'll get started late morning and have lunch provided courtesy of PureDiscovery.
This event is a first but mirrors the mission of SuperHappyDevHouse in the Bay Area. CocoaDevHouse is a hackathon for Cocoa enthusiasts and anyone looking to mashup ideas for Mac apps. There has been chatter in #cocoadevhouse about some specific app ideas for the event but anything is welcome. More info available on wiki, http://cocoadevhouse.org
This is not a new user group or meetup but a periodic hackathon for new ideas and a chance to meet new people.
Of course, if you can't make it in person, come hang out in #cocoadevhouse on irc.freenode.net, and/or tune in to the live video stream, which will be posted here: http://www.bleepsoft.com/cdhd Props to Tyler Ballance and Todd Manning for streaming setup.
