Why focus on process over outcome?
Denise Caruso (author of Intervention, founder of the interdisciplinary biotech and health science research organization, the Hybrid Vigor Institute) is concerned about the unknown risks of genetic engineering, which are an effect of outcome-based funding of scientific research.

The Heather Gold show is a monthly mashup of three fascinating guests you'd never meet in real life, talking about the biggest questions no one talks about in public. And there's cake.

"reinvents the talk show for the web" - Austin Chronicle
"dialed into the way people speak to each other in tough situations" - SF Weekly
"a younger, hipper Oprah" - Joe M.
"funny...no talking heads" - SF Chronicle

Heather conversates with Denise, funny environmentalist Jesse Simons (who raises big money for the Sierra Club), public weaver Travis Meinolf (whose art focusses on the process of getting strangers to make stuff with him) and you.
