The Exonerated is an award-winning play that shares the true stories of six innocent survivors of death row.

The play is part of the Faces of Wrongful Convictions conference hosted by UCLA Law School from April 7-9. Since 1990, 200 men and women have been wrongfully convicted of serious felonies and served time in the California prison system for crimes they did not commit. The conference will host the largest gathering of these men and women in California?s history. Also joining them will be national experts and political leaders including: Barry Scheck, Stephen Bright, Bryan Stevenson, and Senator Gloria Romero. A variety of workshops for lawyers, judges, activists and students will also be offered.
