Sunday exercise classes

Relaxed and energising Sunday exercise with lots of variation, led by two instructors each time. They alternate in giving exercises, which gives the classes an interesting twist.
The goal is to create classes suitable for everyone and no previous experience is needed. The focus of the classes is breath, posture and getting rid of tension.
The last two classes before Summer will be taking place on the following dates; 01.06 and 15.06
