Meditation and Training the Mind

This series will be based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's most recent publication, The New Meditation Handbook. The initial contemplations of the Buddhist spiritual path give us insight into the current state of our lives. In particular, through understanding the law of karma, we learn how to respond positively to our present problems and how to create a future in which our deepest wishes are fulfilled. This course is open to all. ($14 per class)
