The 2nd meeting of the Agile Groupies network will be focused on lessons learned with Scrum. Our presenter, Jeff Holtzman will start with an overview of Scrum, and show an Excel tool he uses to manage projects. For anyone interested in a tour of Menlo Innovations, a regularly scheduled Menlo Tour will begin at 5:30 pm (http://www.menloinnovations.com/registration/MenloTour.htm). Agile Groupies members are welcome to register and take a portion of the tour before the Agile Groupies meeting.
