OUToberfest is a celebration of the Mississippi lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender/transexual community featuring many local and national organizations, groups, businesses, artists, musicians and more.

It is also the state's first National Coming Out Day celebration of its kind. Events include theatrical performances, films, an entertainment festival featuring live muscians, spoken word and performance art, educational workshops, and more.
