Biography of Greg Lipper

Greg has been building businesses and selling IT products and services both directly andthrough channels in Asia for 20 years. He began his career with Mitsubishi Corporation inTokyo, working with a team responsible for the Asian expansion of promising technologydevelopers from America. After Mitsubishi, Mr. Lipper founded Pacific Alliance Enterprises(PAE) in 1994. PAE was responsible for spearheading the Japan market entry for PeregrineSystems, one of the pioneering companies in the area of IT infrastructure managementsoftware. Mr. Lipper was instrumental in growing the Peregrine Japan business to over $10million in revenue, counting dozens of Japan’s leading organizations among itscustomers. Mr. Lipper then moved to Singapore to assume responsibility for Peregrine’sregional relationship with IBM and, ultimately, overall sales responsibility for the region.In 2004, Mr. Lipper was then appointed as the Sales Director and COO for Creative SoftwarePte Ltd, which was the largest HR and payroll software provider to SMEs across South-EastAsia prior to its acquisition by SAGE Group. In 2006, Mr. Lipper established Asian CenturySolutions (ACS) Pte Ltd, which enables emerging IT vendors to assess, launch and growtheir business in Asia. ACS played a major role in launching or accelerating the growth ofnumerous IT vendors within the Asian market, including Kace Networks, Altiris, Cymphonix,and Level Platforms.Mr. Lipper has both received and conducted sales training across multiple methodologiesacross his 20 year career in sales and sales force management. In each of his sales roles,lead generation through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns have been key tosuccess.Mr. Lipper is a US citizen and Singapore permanent resident. He graduated from BabsonCollege with a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, Marketing and Communications. He speaksand reads Japanese fluently.
