?The tour is a great way for Dallas residents to explore the neighborhood,? said Don Blanton, board member of the Deep Ellum Association. ?Deep Ellum is about the expression of creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit.?
One of a kind lofts in both design and location, architectural surprises abound. Ranging in size from 2,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet, each space explores open plan living and a unique approach to home and work design. A suspended elliptical canopy with curved walls forms the core of a modern living space that offers a panoramic view of downtown. An extensive concrete water feature in a private garden creates an oasis in the city. A bohemian loft with brightly colored walls of blue and yellow mixed with red and orange creates an intense backdrop for walls adorned by Mexican masterpieces of art and sculpture.
