Arriba La Cumbia starts off the summer season at our favourite venue the amazing Passing Clouds holed up in sunny Dalston and with two live bands:-

Heralding from Peru they bring an ace mix of traditional pyschedelic chica and tropical cumbia.


Renegado
Rapper, songwriter, musician, poet, actor and community leader from the alleyways of Alto Vera Cruz, Belo Horizonte / MG. He surprises the world with hiswork which embraces diverse influences and takes hip hop out of the guetto.

While music transforms his life and let him travel the world, he is also preparing his 2nd CD titled "Minha tribo é o mundo " , a project that unites carioca funk and rap, in partnershipwith Sanny Pitbull, and the debut of the Boombox his radio program on FM 1998."
