BROOKS WOOD BAND, COUGAR MAGNUM & OLD AVENUE
Friday July 11, 2008 at 7:58pm
Vintage21
117 S. West St.
Raleigh, North Carolina 27601 Get Directions
On Friday, July 11, V21 Productions is proud to bring three of the Triangle's best live-music bands together to share the stage for an incredible, jam-filled evening!

Brooks Wood Band (http://www.myspace.com/brookswoodband) has been winning over new crowds at first listen since their origin circa late 2004. Having shared the stage with some of the modern day greats (Cartel, Carbon Leaf, Will Hoge, and many more), they know well the recipe for a live show thriving on energy and crowd interaction.

To see Cougar Magnum (http://www.myspace.com/cougarmagnumrocks) live is truly an experience. I haven't seen a band put this much into a live performance in a long time. They're a breath of fresh air in a suffocating business, and the dual guitars and four-part harmony vocals make your feet move and your jaw drop.

Last but certainly not least, Old Avenue (http://www.myspace.com/oldavenue) formed in December of 2007, and is already making a lot of noise, most recently taking home a Battle of the Bands title at Raleigh's Lincoln Theatre. They played V21 for the first time in early May, and frankly, we've had a lot of fans demanding that we bring them back again. You asked, we heard!

This is an all-ages show that will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 at the door. V21 is located at the corner of West and Hargett St. in downtown Raleigh (117 S. West St.)
