Bands rock & Bikes fly!!! This is a combination of events that includes the annual Gier Park National Invitational BMX Exhibitions with professional riders grabbing BIG AIR while six bands play on! Have a blast for free with your whole family. Bring a picnic (no glass/no alcohol) the bikes & helmets (spectators will get to ride the "Three Headed Monster" track between races), Lawn chairs & sunscreen! It's on the bus route too. It's pretty cool to be down there playing my guitar with my band & watching the BMXers up on the hill absolutely flying! Almost forgot to play a coupla times! Lotsa parking & room to spread out. Easy to find, the entrance is right next to Taco Bell on the south side.
