Los Charly’s Orchestra - Music project created by Venezuelan producers Juan Laya & Jorge Montiel.

Combining a retro but still modern sounding style, Los Charly’s Orchestra are characterize by creating a unique feeling that blends the Boogie-Disco sound of the 70's from a Latin perspective.

Among some of the talented members of the Charly's Orchestra: Ace Neo Soul icon Xantone Blacq, singers Portia Emare, Stuart Lisbie & Dana Svodova, Brazilian bass player Matheus Nova, Keyboardist Milt Mavrakakis, Guitarrist Phil Stevenson and Venezuelan percussionist Wilmer Sifontes in between many others.

The band has worked in collaboration with some of the most prolific current producers of the contemporary scene such as Faze Action, Phil Asher, Pete Herbert & Joey Negro producing a series of releases over the past 3 years to the delight of the global Funk/Soul/Disco scene.

As well as that, the band has being playing in some of the key musical spots of the London surroundings such as East Village, South Bank Centre, Lovebox, Bestival & Jazz Cafe.
