Throughout her career Celine Dion has been honored with over 1,000 Awards, including Grammys, Oscars, Golden Globes, World Music, Juno and Felix Awards. She is the biggest-selling female artist of all time.

The tour will wind its way throughout the U.S. and the singer’s native Canada over the course of six months, culminating on Jan. 30, 2009 at the BankAtlantic Center. It promises to be another spectacular live concert event where Celine will perform her biggest hits, along with songs from her new English album Taking Chances which will be released on Nov. 13.

SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced that internationally renowned solo artist Celine Dion will visit the BankAtlantic Center on January 30, 2009 as part of her Taking Chances World Tour. Dion will help celebrate the BankAtlantic Center’s 10-year anniversary as she opened the building with her 1998 show.

The show, which is being directed by Jamie King (Madonna's Confessions World Tour, Christina Aguilera's Back to Basics World Tour, Ricky Martin's Livin’ La Vida Loca World Tour) will accompany Celine's performances with a visual feast of color, fashion, dance and surprise!
