The first single from Gentle Mystics is finally being set free as a prelude to their self-titled album. Spiralling Breeze/Mushroom 30,000 is released in June 2011 to the world. This celebration night features controlled chaos from the full live band alongside a string of support acts, DJ’s and surprise guests - a mid-week banger to be missed by the foolish.
Greedy Joe explains the meaning of dub fused with BBQ smoke from the courtyard, followed by live swing from the Squarepegs and rib shakin cumbia from Cal Jader. A fated battle between Harmonica rivals Ed and Joe with guest referee and host Nemesis from DefDFires should be an interesting interlude until Vival-D unearths the history of filth under yet another alias. Gentle Mystics tear up the stage between 10-1045pm.
Attendees are expected to endure what Dr Ober Van Straat describes as ‘permanent changes to the core DNA structure’.
