DOUGLAS COUPLAND
reading & book signing for "JPod"
Thursday, June 8th at 7 pm
at The Booksmith (1644 Haight Street in San Francisco)

Book Description: Douglas Coupland's new novel, "Jpod," updates "Microserfs" for the age of Google. Very evil . . . very funny. A group of geeks with last names starting with J cubicled together in a distant quadrant of a video-game corporation. A lethal joyride into today's new breed of technogeeks. Jpod is Douglas Coupland at the top of his game. Play again? Y/N

Douglas Coupland is a novelist who also works in visual arts and theater. His novels include "Generation X," "Microserfs," "All Families Are Psychotic," and "Hey Nostradamus!" He lives and works in Vancouver, Canada.

Comments
that was the worst reading I have ever attended - no reading - just maybe 5 questions and insulting the audience along the way - it would have been better for him to cancel that to offend his readers - yes he was sick - then he should have not done the event.
