Chefs Collaborative is a national chef-led nonprofit that educates chefs about choosing and cooking with local, sustainable ingredients. Chefs Collaborative recently released the latest edition of "Seafood Solutions: A Chef's Guide to Sourcing Sustainable Seafood". This guide combines timely information about the health of our oceans with practical tips for chefs on how to choose and cook sustainable seafood.
