Film Season celebrating the achievements of Osamu Tezuka, marking the 80th anniversary of the artist's birth. Best known for Astro Boy, Tezuka created literally hundreds of comics and dozens of film and TV titles and revolutionised Japan's comic and cartoon industries, inspiring generations of successors he became a major influence on modern Japanese popular culture earning the title "God of Manga".
