join us for a session for couples in which you will learn massage techniques to ease the stresses and muscle pains of pregnancy and to help mom through the rough patches of labor and delivery. we will practice massage techniques geared to lower back pain, swelling, leg cramps and also those that promote relaxation during labor, as massage can be a key component to a happy and healthy delivery.
