The Fellowship of Australian Writers WA is proud to have Elizabeth Millett speak on her reflections of her grandfather, Sir Walter Murdoch. A Foundation member of the FAWWA, popular essayist and former Chancellor of UWA, Sir Walter Murdoch is remembered not only for his literary criticism, but for his sardonic wit and pursuit of beauty.
Elizabeth’s talk runs from 3-5:30pm at Tom Collins House, Swanbourne (Cnr Wood and Kirkwood St), on Sunday the 25th of June. Entrance is $3 for members and $5 for non-members. Further enquiries can be made to the FAWWA on 9384 4771.
